Residential Cleaning
Residential Cleanings consist of a standard clean and a deeper clean. Multiple add-ons are available for each option that may increase the price of each. Please contact us for further information that would meet your specific needs.
Standard Clean
A standard clean involves a light clean around the entire home. Standard cleaning starts at $85. This includes vacuuming/sweeping, dusting of items easily reached, and a light windowsill clean in bedrooms and bathrooms. In the kitchen we will provide a light clean of kitchen cabinet faces, exterior of all appliances, and sweeping. Living Room and dining rooms will involve a vacuum/sweep and dusting/light clean of any TV stands, coffee tables, and end tables. The number of total rooms and other factors may increase the starting price. Please contact us to inquire on a standard clean.
Deep Clean
A deep clean consist of all items in a standard clean. Typically, in a deep clean customers want ceiling fans, crown moldings, full cabinet cleans, etc. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, contact us and inquire about what you would like done.
